2. Provide infos about your collection

Directly upload photos of your cards and/or an Excel spreadsheet that lists your collection. If you do not have them ready, you can use our upload page or WhatsApp to submit your images at a later time.

You can alternatively skip this step and send your collection directly to us to get an offer (see step 4).

3. Get a non-binding offer

After submitting the photos and/or spreadsheet, we will be able to make you an offer for your collection, typically within three business days.

Our buying prices for individual cards change on a daily basis. We pay up to 70% of the market price, depending on different factors like card condition, card language and our inventory.

You can now decide to accept our offer or not.

4. Send us your collection

Send us your cards if you decide to accept our initial offer. You can also just send us your collection to get a buying price without submitting pictures or a list.

If your collection exceeds an offer amount of €500, we will cover the shipping costs. Your collection will be conveniently picked up from your home and the shipment will of course be fully insured.

After submitting the contact form, we will give you detailed instructions and tips on how to best pack and send them.

5. Get the final offer

After our buying experts went through your cards, we will make you a final offer. This is usually within 10% from the initial offer.

Now you decide if you want to take the offer or not. If you don’t want to sell, we return your cards to you, free of charge.

6. Receive your money

You accept our offer and we pay you within two business days.

  • What is a valuable Lorcana card?
    • Valuable cards are typically Enchanted (Rainbow hexagon symbol), Legendary (Gold pentagon), Super Rare (Silver diamond) and Rare (Bronze triangle) cards.
    • Simply put, a card with an assumed value of €5 or more. However, super rare or rare cards often have a value of less than €5.
  • If you have no clue how many cards in your collection could be of value, we would ask you to do the following:
  1. Take a picture of all Enchanted (Rainbow hexagon symbol), Legendary (Gold pentagon), Super Rare (Silver diamond) and Rare (Bronze triangle) cards. Up to 32 single cards (four rows, eight cards in each row) in a photo are perfectly fine. In addition, take pictures of all cards you think might be of value. They can remain in the binder. Please mark foil cards with dice. You can find sample pictures below.
  2. Detailed pictures of Uncommons and Commons are not necessary. Just add a photo that shows the additional cards in its entirety to give us a better idea about the volume of your collection.
  • Submit your pictures through the upload function in the contact form, or send them on our designated upload page or via WhatsApp at a later time.
  • One of our experienced buying experts will gladly get back to you with an estimate for your Lorcana trading cards collection.

  • Highly Valuable Cards:
    • We have daily updated buying prices for every single Lorcana card. We pay up to 70% of the current market price, depending on various factors like card condition, card language and our own inventory of the card.
  • Valuable Cards:
    • For Lorcana cards with a market price of up to €20 we pay 60%.
    • For Lorcana cards with a market price of up to €5 we pay between 10% and 50%.
  • Bulk:
    • Cards that are not frequently played are classified as Bulk. They have a market price of less than €0.50.
    • We buy these cards for:
      • €0.25 per Legendary
      • €0.1 per Super Rare
      • €0.05 per Rare
      • €1 per 1,000 Common or Uncommon cards

  • Absolutely. Just in case it comes to our attention that shipping costs might exceed the value of the cards we let you know beforehand.

  • Of course! We buy all languages. Our buying price for English and German cards are a bit higher than for most non-English language Lorcana cards.

  • IMPORTANT: Never send us your cards without contacting us beforehand. Our team will assist you with choosing the best and cheapest way to send your cards.

  • You can find a great overview about the topic here. Although the overview was created for Magic cards, it can easily be transferred to Lorcana trading cards. Our team is happy to help if you have questions or doubts about your cards’ condition. If you have a specific card or cards where you are unsure, please highlight them and include images when submitting the contact form.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t pay that much for most cards. We are a seller on Cardmarket too and therefore have to factor in our costs.
  • Having said that, let’s focus on the advantages of selling directly to us. You …
    • … can sell every card. Immediately.

    • … do not have to securely pack your cards and send them to the individual buyers one by one.
    • … do not have to deal with any buyers claims or complaints.

  • We do not have a template, so you can send your own list, but make sure to include the following:
    • Card Name in English (EN)
    • Edition/Set in English (EN)
    • Language (only if non-English)
    • Foil or Non Foil
    • Amount
    • Optional: Condition if not Mint or Near Mint (either as NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO or as NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG for US)
  • If you do not have a list, we recommend sending photos in advance. This usually takes much less time.

  • Yes, absolutely. We are buying on a daily basis from all over the world. Just reach out to us and get a quote!
  • We have happy customers selling us cards from Germany, United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, France, Spain and many other countries from all over the world.
  • For large and valuable collections (more than €500) we can offer fully insured pick-up with a courier service at our expense.

SHIPPING

  • That depends on the number of cards and their value. Before sending anything, please fill out the Contact Form. Our team will then guide you through the whole process.

  • That depends on the number of cards and their value.
    • If it is just a few cards, we recommend sending it as a letter with tracking.
    • For a bigger collection, we recommend sending it as a parcel/package.
  • Make sure your letter/package is sufficiently insured!
  • Optionally, we can have our partner FedEx pick up your cards from you. This is especially convenient for you with high value cards or collections. If the offer value for your cards is over €500 we will also pay for shipping to us.
  • Please make sure that everything you send us is safely packed up and sufficiently insured. We are not liable for any damage or loss.

Please use a box, a padded or bubble envelope for a smaller number of cards. In addition, secure your cards with cardboard, postcards, a deckbox or use a Toploader to prevent damages to the cards. Here’s a quick tutorial video that will guide you through the process:

We recommend packing larger number of cards or entire collections without sleeves in boxes. For Enchanteds, Legendaries other valuable Lorcana singles we recommend putting them in a deck box. Here’s a video guide that will help you through the process.

  • We highly recommend using a carrier that sends your shipment with tracking and sufficient insurance.

  • Instead of cash you receive a store credit which can be used for everything we offer i.e. our High-End Store or Cardmarket.
  • If you choose to get paid in store credit you will receive an additional 10% for your cards, i.e. if you sell cards with a value of €100.00, you will receive €110.00 in store credit.
  • It is possible to receive a mix of store credit and other payouts.
